For companies & venues

Local music communities don’t happen by accident. They get built.

Rehearsal Room Tyler is the home base where East Texas bands rehearse, sharpen, and get ready for the stage. Sponsors are the ones who help hold it up — and get their name where the music actually happens: in the room, on the bands, and on the festival day.

What you’re backing

The rehearsal room is the foundation, not the destination.

RRT connects the pieces of the music business that usually stay separated — a room to work, media that gets a band seen, and a stage that gives them a reason to prepare. Rehearsal leads to development, development to visibility, booking to work that pays.

There’s a place to plug in at every step — the room, a band, the development itself, or the festival at the end of the line.

The ways to back it

Five ways in.

Every level, in every lane, goes on the supporters wall.

The foundation

Room Sponsor

Hang your banner in a room. It stays in frame through every reel, EPK, and session we shoot there — recurring placement inside the content bands actually post, not a sign on a wall nobody sees.

Trio Room

$750

per year · banner in the Trio Room

Main Room

$1,500

per year · the room most bands shoot in

Sponsor this →

Adopt a band

Band Sponsor

Pick a band and cover their way forward — their room time and the media that gets them booked. Your name rides on their EPK and the supporters wall as the reason they got the reps.

Back a band

$150

per month · a monthly rehearsal block

Full sponsor

$300

per month · room time + rolling reels & media

The engine

Artist Development Sponsor

Help RRT take on new East Texas artists who can't yet cover the $100-an-hour house band and media it takes to get stage-ready. This underwrites the pipeline itself — the reason there's a next band at all.

Back an hour

$100

one hour of a new artist's development

Sponsor this →

Season underwriter

$5,000

per year · a season of development, your name on it

The stage

Festival Sponsor — RangeFest

Put your name on the day the room spills outside. Naming, promotion, VIP engagement, and a post-event recap — the piece of the arc the public sees.

VIP Tent

$1,000

VIP-tent naming, signage, guest recognition

Stage

$2,500

main-stage naming, signage, mentions, promotion

Event

$5,000

full-event naming rights and premier placement

However it fits

À la carte & custom

Not one of these? Back a piece of a festival day, or bring your own activation — a tasting, a food truck, a branded VIP experience. Venues especially: tell us what you're after and we'll build it.

Contributions support the room, the artists, and the festival; naming and activation are confirmed in a signed agreement. On-site food or beverage is subject to the venue and applicable approvals.

Why it’s worth it

You’re buying into the room, not renting a wall.

Even the banner works because it lives where the community does — in the reels bands share, at the festival, on the pages people actually visit. Every dollar here goes to the same place: more East Texas bands, more prepared, more seen. You’re not buying an impression. You’re getting into the room with the artists and audiences who become your regulars, your acts, and your crowd — and helping build something that lasts.

This is what it looks like

ForgeFest, April 2026.

RangeFest’s older sibling ran under the live oaks in Ben Wheeler — one stage, East Texas bands, a crowd that came to listen, and sponsors with their name on the day.
