Terms & house rules.
No fine print you need a lawyer to read. Here's how the room works, what's yours, what's ours, and what we ask of every band who books.
Last updated July 2026.
Your music is yours.
The songs you write, the performances you play, the compositions you bring through the door — they're yours, unconditionally. Rehearsal Room Tyler claims no rights in your music. Ever.
The footage and photos we produce in the room are ours, and we may use them to promote the room — on this site, the roster, and our social channels. In return, you get a full license to use that same footage and those photos anywhere you like: your socials, your EPK, your press kit, wherever.
Want your content taken down? Just ask. Any band can request we remove their footage or photos, and we'll honor it.
How booking works.
Pulled straight from the homepage — same words, no surprises:
- Minimum booking
- 2 hours.
- Hours
- Open seven days a week — Mon–Fri 5–10 PM, Sat–Sun 10 AM–10 PM.
- Capacity
- Main Room holds six comfortably; Trio Room holds 2–3.
- Minors
- No minors without a parent present.
- Cancellation
- Reschedule or cancel free with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours and no-shows are charged half the booked rate.
The gear's included — treat it right.
The house drum kit, the pro-grade lighting, and the shared amenities come with the room. Use them. Normal wear is expected and it's on us.
Damage beyond normal wear — a cracked cymbal, a busted drum head, a broken fixture — is the responsibility of the band that booked the room.
Keep an eye on your stuff.
Bring what you need, but look after it. Rehearsal Room Tyler isn't responsible for personal gear or belongings left on the premises.
Bring people. Be decent.
You're welcome to bring guests, as long as you stay within the room's capacity. Treat the room, the gear, and the other bands sharing the building with respect. That's the whole code.
Jackie might be around.
Jackie, our studio dog, runs the place — and she may be on the premises while you're here. If anyone in your group has allergies or would simply be more comfortable without her in the room, let us know and we'll sort it out.
Film your own sessions.
While you're booked, the room is yours — film your own sessions all you want. We just ask that you don't film other clients without their consent. We extend every band the same courtesy.
We book by text.
When you text Rehearsal Room Tyler at (903) 969-5088, you consent to receive reply texts about your booking. That's it — no marketing blasts.
Use the room at your own risk.
Use of the premises and equipment is at your own risk.
