1. Services Offered
We provide gear-ready rehearsal spaces, AV recording, coaching, and live showcase opportunities to musicians in Tyler, Texas. Services are available by appointment only. Users must adhere to our booking policies and facility guidelines at all times.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate and current contact and payment information.

Use our space respectfully and leave it clean and undamaged.

Not use the space for unauthorized events, parties, or illegal activities.
3. Payments & Cancellations
All sessions must be paid for in advance via our online booking system. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice for a refund or credit. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, images, text, and recordings, is the property of The Rehearsal Room Tyler or its partners and may not be used without permission.
5. Liability Waiver
Users agree to release The Rehearsal Room Tyler and its staff from any liability for injuries, loss of property, or damage arising from use of the facility. Equipment is used at your own risk.
6. Privacy Policy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Smith County, Texas.
